V0.2 Is Live!
Greetings my one person audience.
Today marks a very major update for Warfare01, in which I have added a crosshair, and a few textures!
I am sure you're all thrilled by this news, and I have no doubt it will provide hours of additional entertainment.
Now onto the serious talk. The Corporates' AI has been drastically improved, with two new swarm functions being added to their behaviour, as well as the attainment of eyesight, meaning they will now no longer refuse to go around objects generated. Speaking of which, guess what? The City is now worthy of being called a city! Step foot into this rich environment where dreams run free and ELEMENTS DIE! Loose yourself in this metropolis of sky-tall metal shafts of questionable integrity and overlord-ish pollution powerhouses. What's more, Corporates will take to the refuge of their little barricades, where they can snipe* you (*sniper rifle not guaranteed to exist in this update) and receive 50% less damage while cowering..
To make up for this, I have added a new gun, the Stick-R-15. Fire round after round and shred through your enemies. You have my word that this will be the standard weapon until the shop update's eventual debut.
Some more uninteresting changes include a functioning game-reset that occurs when you die, and a main menu with the ability to switch between two maliciously crafted graphics presets that cater to all devices (greatly boosting FPS on displays with larger pixel densities, such as Macs).
In all, this update may just have a thing or two to offer, but pales in comparison to my future plans for the game.
